Hong Kong, 10 December 2019: Borrelli Walsh, a leading specialist restructuring, insolvency and forensic accounting firm, is pleased to announce that Vincent Lee has joined Borrelli Walsh as Head of its Shanghai office. Vincent is a renowned corporate restructuring and insolvency expert with more than 17 years of experience in cross-border restructurings and work outs in the Greater China region.
Vincent has significant experience in formal appointments, debt restructuring, managed exit support, NPL advisory and investigation engagements, spanning a wide range of industries, including aerospace, manufacturing, retail and distribution, hotels, construction, automobile, advertising, steel and coal.
Vincent will work closely with Borrelli Walsh’s PRC team, including co-heads of the PRC Region, Kevin Song and Sam Tai, in ensuring the firm’s reputation for a focused, results-driven approach and further developing the Firm’s presence and services in the region.

Vincent holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a diploma in insolvency.
