  • leading and directing engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, valuations and forensic accounting assignments;
  • leadinga number of large cross-border assignments including London, Cayman, BVI, USA, Hong Kong and PRC jurisdictions;
  • delivering quality work and a high level of client service;
  • driving business and practice development;
  • leading the professional development of staff; and
  • participating in global initiatives.

The candidate will have the following attributes:

  • bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
  • must have a professional accountancy qualification and be qualified to take joint appointments;
  • a minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience, including insolvency, restructuring and associated investigations, Law of Property Act (LPA) receiverships and administrations in London;
  • experience of cross-border matters (e.g. with Cayman / BVI, or with EMEA or Asia). Experience in an insolvency and restructuring context would be a distinct advantage;
  • existing network of legal and bank contacts would also be advantageous;
  • highly motivated with a good business sense and commercial acumen;
