Appointed IFA to assess the Group’s financial position and forecasts and prepared a
valuation. We recommended the sale of the Group or substantial parts of it. Thereafter:
- updated and maintained the Group’s data room content and processes; prepared and facilitated due diligence review by potential investors;
- identified buyer population, sought expressions of interest and facilitated and advised on negotiations between noteholders and potential investors;
- negotiated term sheets submitted by potential investors and advised management and noteholders in respect of price, transaction structure and conditions imposed by potential investors; and
- facilitate a sale within months of our appointment.
