Daniel is an Assistant Manager based in our Shanghai office. His experience covers restructuring, financial advisory, corporate finance, and valuation.
Daniel’s recent assignments relate to a restructuring and sale process of a meta-aramid company involving shareholder disputes; operational and financial review of a real estate group company as well as the formation of a restructuring proposal along with a monitoring mechanism for operations; forensic investigation on a VIE structured investment in an international school; establishment and implementation of an employee settlement plan for a Singapore listed company exiting the PRC market; restructuring of 13 petroleum concessions in South East Asia; and the valuation of a cross-border debt involving PRC assets and palm oil plantation in Indonesia.
His assignments relate to a wide range of industries including oil and gas, education, chemical, telecommunication, real estate, and commodity production in PRC, Hong Kong, BVI and South East Asia.
Prior to joining Borrelli Walsh, Daniel spent 1.5 years in the corporate finance division of a Big 4 accounting firm where he was involved in valuation and business modelling advisory engagements covering the greater China region, across a broad range of industries including marine and ports, specialty chemical, drivetrain manufacturing, real estates, etc.
