Karnjote is a Manager based in our Singapore office. His experience covers financial and operational restructuring, financial advisory engagements and liquidations. His responsibilities include financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, financial statement analysis, debt recovery analysis, drafting operational plans, cash and operational management, due diligence, creditor and stakeholder management and realisation of assets.
Karnjote’s recent assignments include the proposed debt restructuring of one of Indonesia’s largest mining companies and the organisational and operational restructuring of a Singapore-based company that operates one of the world’s largest integrated petrochemical plants.
Prior to joining Borrelli Walsh, Karnjote spent 3 years in the assurance department of a Big 4 firm, where he was involved in both Singapore-based and cross-border audit engagements specifically in Kuala Lumpur, Dubai and Kazakhstan across a broad range of industries including but not limited to real estate, manufacturing, retail and offshore support. Karnjote also worked at a leading oil and gas multinational corporation as a financial analyst specialising in the performance analysis and support of 9 sales offices across Asia Pacific.
Karnjote speaks English, Punjabi, Hindi and basic Malay.
